☞ Do We Really Need Social Support Or Psychologist For Physiology Problem?

 #Youth #YoungPeople #SocialProblem

I'm not talking in order 'scientific' thing here coz i really don't get the whole definition of Physiology,  even though keenly have already looked up via Wikipedia for the answers - also from some 'experts' by googling about it (*another home work of mine). :D

I don't really believe in Psychologist, i'm not trying to judging any professional matter here, just want to share my explore and questioning my self few thoughts based on my experienced referring Psychologist who had Physiological problems (*another fairness life proving)

From my point of view as a common people for what happened and for what i've seen before, usually a person who had career in this industry, i'm talking about Psychologist, is the one who 'have' the real problems that caused me curiosity (?) but i'm not gonna talk about it any further

* * *

Okay. If we're talking about social and human errors that could cause chain reactions, it's a common thing. And that's normal as human (as it's well informed by humanitarian). Guess it's even already part of our life style though.

But there are times when we 'intentionally push' our brain to setting us up as a 'social control needy' to gain some attentions, am i right?.

Well, let's make it short note then.

* The aim that i want to shares is here to my friends especially for youth or young people (if u read it), which are :
  • If u are in a trouble, u better go to police - doctor - lawyer - or install anti virus :), etc...
  • If u have a social problem, u just have to pray to GOD or share it with family - best friend - lover - ur pets  - twit post shares - or else...
  • Maybe u will get some opinions that helpful  a bit but still in the end u'll have to figure out how to fix own problems by ur self.
  •
At least just don't  let ur brains fall out. If  we search the 'truth', the answer is within our selves at last.

So let's keep on asking our selves  "can we really rely on it when all we need is social support?.  *Just a reminder.

Does Ryan Giggs have the heart to handle the heat against Barcelona?

Manchester United legend Stiles says winger will come out fighting
By James Lawton - Belfast Telegraph
Friday, 27 May 2011

Nobby Stiles expects Ryan Giggs to start against Barcelona. It is an article of faith he embraces perhaps more willingly than any of those that brought him on to the early morning streets of Manchester as a sometimes reluctant altar boy nearly 60 years ago.

There are, after all, certain demands on a player at Old Trafford. The most basic one is that you get the job done as best you can, even in the most unpromising circumstances.

The belief in Giggs's ability to deliver under fierce personal pressure, Stiles explains, is just another tenet in a doctrine that links the eras of Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Matt Busby, the man for whom Stiles made maybe the greatest gamble of a career that left him with his friend Sir Bobby Charlton as one of only two Englishmen to win both the World Cup and European Cup.

Stiles risked something other than legendary status when he took out Real Madrid's Amaro Amancio in the 1968 semi-final second leg at the Bernabeu. It was an act of desperate calculation which, if it had gone wrong (or, put another way, been detected) would have brought back to him the charge that he was a pariah of international football — the label that came with his notorious tackle on French player Jacky Simon in a World Cup group game two years earlier.

Yet 43 years on in the countdown to another United appearance in the final, Stiles is not only unrepentant but willing to reassert his belief in the enduring theme of his club's success.

It is, he claims, a tradition built on a belief that players must be given the self-belief and competitive character that can flourish in any situation.

“I'm sure Fergie can pick Giggs with the greatest confidence,” says Stiles.

“He's known him for 20 years, he knows what's inside him — and he knows what he can ask of him.

“Yes, it has been a difficult time these last few days, but Ryan will be asked to do only something that he has been trained to do over all these years. Would you want his talent and experience in a game like Saturday's? Yes. Can you believe he can handle the pressure of his situation? Yes.”

As much as Stiles admires the quality of Barcelona and the superb rhythm of their game, he also remembers the aura Benfica brought to Wembley in 1968, and believes that on Saturday the outcome can be the same.

“Barcelona are a great team, no doubt, but when they look at United they won't be under any illusion that they face an easy night. Of course United can win — saying this is a no-brainer.

“You only have to look at Ferguson's record. So many times he comes through — there are two huge reasons for this. One is that his methods don't change and the other is that he puts trust in his players.”
It is maybe true that no one ever held such a level of responsibility more precariously than Stiles on that tumultuous night in Madrid.

He recalls the episode in some detail in his autobiography.

“It was a special challenge for me because it was one of the few times, under Busby or with Alf Ramsey for England, when I was given specific marking instructions. My man was Amancio, a player who had a lot of speed and subtlety.

“He did the thing defenders least like — he ran at them, offered them the ball and then struck very quickly.

“Real scored the goal that put them level early and the crowd went mad.

“They were winning 3-0 in the game, 3-1 on aggregate. I was particularly upset because Amancio had scored one goal and left me with a tightening thigh which required heat treatment at the interval.

“I had chased him down the line on the right, forcing him on to his weaker left peg and the ball had run out for a goal kick. As Alex Stepney prepared to take the kick and we trotted into position, Amancio suddenly whacked me. He gave me a tremendous kick on the thigh and right away I feared I wouldn't last the game.

“Even after the heat treatment, my thigh was still tightening and I realised Amancio was going to get away from me, and if that happened we could forget about getting to the final.”

United got there but not before Stiles did what he believed he had to do.

“I ran beside Amancio, shouted ‘oi' and when he turned I gave him a good smack.”

Before the game, Busby had said to Stiles, “show them that you're there.”

Such, maybe, are the imperatives of victory, and certainly the paragons of all today's virtues, Barca, cannot be said to be above them — not if the theatrics of Dani Alves are any guide.

No doubt, Giggs will not be required to muster his own version of football morality at Wembley, but he will, like Stiles, all those years ago, be expected to find his steeliest edge.

“Sometimes,” Stiles reflects, “you have to do what you think is best for the team. You have to try to impose your idea of justice. But then that doesn't mean my blood doesn't run cold when I think how badly things could have turned out.”

Instead, Stiles was a hero..

An American "US Postal Service" History

U.S. Post Office Department (Postal Service) First-class, domestic mail and logistics.

In the more than two centuries since Benjamin Franklin was appointed  first Postmaster General in 1775, the Postal Service™ has grown and changed with America, boldly embracing new technologies to better serve a growing population.

On July 16, 1775, with revolution brewing, Congress enacted the "Constitutional Post" as a way to ensure communication between the general populace and the patriots preparing to fight for America's independence.

The Postal Act of 1792 further defined the role of the Postal Service. Under the act, newspapers were allowed in the mails at low rates to promote the spread of information across the states. To ensure the sanctity and privacy of the mails, postal officials were forbidden to open any letters in their charge unless they were undeliverable.

Until adoption of the Postal Reorganization Act of 1970, the U.S. Postal Service functioned as a regular, tax-supported, agency of the federal government.

According to the laws under which it now operates, the U.S. Postal Service is a semi-independent federal agency, mandated to be revenue-neutral. That is, it is supposed to break even, not make a profit.

In 1982, U.S. postage stamps became "postal products," rather than a form of taxation. Since then, The bulk of the cost of operating the postal system has been paid for by customers through the sale of "postal products" and services rather than taxes. www.about.com (via www.usgovinfo.about.com) - About the U.S. Postal Service - A Very "Business-like" Semi-governmental Agency .

But in 2011, with the rise of e-mail and the decline of letters, mail volume is falling at a staggering rate, and the postal service's survival plan isn't reassuring. Elsewhere in the world, postal services are grappling with the same dilemma—only most of them, in humbling contrast, are thriving.

The problems of the USPS are just as big. It relies on first-class mail to fund most of its operations, but first-class mail volume is steadily declining - in 2005 it fell below junk mail for the first time. This was a significant milestone. The USPS needs three pieces of junk mail to replace the profit of a vanished stamp-bearing letter  www.businessweek.com - The U.S. Postal Service Nears Collapse

Mail is a window to the past and a mirror of the present. Postal history opens that window wide and focuses the mirror. It tells us about ourselves, our ancestors, our nation and our world. The simple journey of a letter can be the start of a personal journey to wonders of the world www.postalhistory.com.

Whatever it is, yesterday is a history... And now all you need is, to see the beautiful of history.

☞ Serial Killer Named EHEC

Actually I really don't know much about any bacterias, especially EHEC, known as well  Escherichia coli (E. coli). As far as I know it's bacterias that binds to receptors on human kidney, brain and gut cells and kills them.  The infections cause critical conditions and apparently killed people in Germany recently .

E. coli normally colonizes an infant's gastrointestinal tract within 40 hours of birth, arriving with food or water or with the individuals handling the child. They usually cause peritonitis that can be fatal without prompt treatment. However, E. coli are extremely sensitive to such antibiotics as streptomycin or gentamicin. This could change since, as noted below, E. coli quickly acquires drug resistance.

Please check this Wikipedia link to find out more: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escherichia_coli

*CASES:

::On March 7, 1999 - A person has been taken to hospital suffering from E.coli food poisoning in Cumbria, bringing to 20 the total of confirmed cases. Included three children, one an 18-month-old girl, who's received treatment for kidney problems.
::On April 24, 2007 - Three women - Betty Howard, 83, of Richland, Wash.; June Dunning, 86, of Hagerstown, Md.; and Ruby Trautz, 81, of Bellevue, Neb. - were hospitalized and later died of complications that their lawyer said can be traced back to the E. coli outbreak that sickened more than 200 people nationwide last August and September.

Professor Hugh Pennington, who led inquires into two previous E.coli outbreaks, said: 'I would be very cautious about taking Chidren & Elderlyl to somewhere where there are cattle and sheep and goats. These are high-risk animals and children are the risky victims because they are going to have the hardest time if infected.'

*Food poisoning bacteria cause illness in different ways. For example:
  • They grow in food and produce a toxin. When swallowed this irritates the stomach lining, causing pain, nausea and sickness. The toxins may also enter the intestines and cause diarrhoea. Toxins can survive cooking, even though the bacteria that produced them are killed.
  • They are eaten with food and burrow into the intestine wall where they multiply and may produce toxins. Painful inflammation and diarrhoea follow. More severe symptoms such as kidney and liver damage may occur if the bacteria and toxins enter the blood stream.
  • They enter the body in food and do not cause symptoms in the gut but in other parts of the body.

  1. The first step in preventing food poisoning is to assume that all foods may cause food-borne illness. Follow these steps to prevent food poisoning:
  2. Wash hands, food preparation surfaces and utensils thoroughly before and after handling raw foods to prevent re-contamination of cooked foods.
  3. Keep refrigerated foods below 40 degrees F.
  4. Serve hot foods immediately or keep them heated above 140 degrees F.
  5. Divide large volumes of food into small portions for rapid cooling in the refrigerator. Hot, bulky foods in the refrigerator can raise the temperature of foods already cooled.
  6. Remember the danger zone is between 40 degrees F and 140 degrees F.
  7. Follow approved home-canning procedures. These can be obtained from the Extension Service or from USDA bulletins.
  8. Heat canned foods thoroughly before tasting.
  9. When in doubt, throw it out
Infants, older persons, women who are pregnant and anyone with a compromised immune system are especially susceptible to food-borne illness. These people should never consume raw fish, raw seafood, or raw meat type products. You are the key to preventing food-borne illness. By observing the simple rules of good handling, food poisoning can be eliminated.

If you believe that you or your Family contracted E. coli after eating a contaminated food product, you might be entitled to compensation. Contact the law offices discuss your case and determine if filing a personal injury lawsuit might be beneficial. In addition to negotiating and litigating E. coli food poisoning cases.

♫ Female Disc Jockey aka DJ Perempuan (Bahasa Indonesia)

Pernah enggak dilecehkan verbal/non verbal (seperti tindakan)? Kelau pernah kenapa tetap bertahan menggeluti profesi ini?
Jawab: Insya Allah ga pernah.

Jawab:
Setiap orang (ga hanya DJ) semestinya punya sopan santun kepada orang2 disekitarnya. Percuma cantik/ganteng/orang kantoran/pejabat/ningrat, tapi (selalu ) lupa bilang “makasih, tolong, permisi, silahkan”.

Demikian petikan interview-nya.

*Curcol tambahan:
Salam,
(a/n para DJ Perempuan)

☞ Apakah Provider-provider Indonesia Harus 'Belajar Dari Shock Therapy' Terlebih Dahulu??

Begitu dinyalain lagi lha kok 'SIM CARD Rejected'?..

Sementara pelayanan pasca promo malah ga diperhatikan. *Contoh kasus Berkali-kali Pulsa Indosat Hilang dan Tidak Ada Follow Up (yang mentah) tahun 2010 : http://suarapembaca.detik.com/read/2010/06/10/162904/1375776/283/berkali-kali-pulsa-indosat-hilang-dan-tidak-ada-follow-up

Mbok ya sekali-sekali kasih reward walaupun sifatnya kecil-kecilan, misalnya; Customers tidak dibebankan biaya untuk penggantian kartu (hilang, rusak, dsb), apa ruginya menggratiskan kartu seharga Rp.10.000,- (toh harga produksi chip dibawah nominal Rp.10.000,-), untuk pengaktifan-nya pun anggap aja 'good will' nya Providers. Berapa banyak sih customers yg ganti kartu perbulan? nilainya pasti ga seberapa dibandingkan produksi iklan, promo, dsb, yang bernilai milyaran rupiah.
